Please reach out to the carrier (USPS, FEDEX, DHL, or UPS) for any additional delivery information, and if still not applicable, please file a claim through the carrier directly.

Please contact Customer Support (orders) within 24-48 hours of delivery. We ask you to provide detailed images of the product(s) in question along with your order number.

Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Allow 8-10 business days for the courier to scan the package for updates.
